More locations don't automatically mean more profit.

The question is whether your franchisees are managing by numbers or by instinct.

  • Do your franchisees know what an extra 3% profit a day can add up to within a year?

They could probably buy a new car every year.

  • Are your franchisees staffing their businesses correctly?
Over‑ or understaffing can make or break their business. A simple formula called the “Productivity Barometer” will show if they are on track or not.

  • Have you trained your franchisees to upsell properly?
Upselling is free money in their cash register (more royalties for you).

You’re already doing the hard work — this workshop gives you a simple financial toolkit for your franchisees to boost their profit on their own.

Many franchisors are in the same position.
The good news is that I probably know where the problem lies, and the solution is not as complicated as it seems.

In this FREE workshop,

I’ll show you what most successful brands do differently and why it’s much simpler than you think.

What I Learned From Fred DeLuca (RIP)

as a Member of Subway’s Global Expansion Team

In my 40s, I had the privilege to be on Subway’s international development team. During my 9 years with the company, I served as Area Development Manager for Sweden, Finland, Israel and South Africa.

From the founder of Subway himself, Mr. Fred DeLuca (RIP) - One of the most successful franchise founders in the world, I learned that global brands are built, not born. That the key to building a strong franchise brand is the financial and business education you give your franchisees.

At Subway, we did not only teach franchisees how to make great subs and salads, but more importantly, we taught them how to manage their numbers and finances.

During my time with Subway (first as a franchisee and later as a country developer), I saw the brand grow from 8,000 to 32,000 stores in more than 90 countries. Subway later became the largest QSR franchised chain in the world, reaching over 44,000 locations in more than 110 countries.

Brands I work with (or have worked with in the past)

When you become confident and informed about your numbers, everything changes.

In this workshop, you’ll learn a 3-step framework to help franchisees manage profit more systematically:

Step 1 – Simplify your Profit & Loss

Clean up and reorganise your P&L into 10 simple lines so franchisees finally understand it.

Step 2 – Understand the importance of working in unison with your Break-Even Point

See how easy it is to accurately calculate your break-even point and use it to make smarter day‑to‑day decisions.

Step 3 – Put Everything together in one KPI Dashboard

See how simple your life becomes with a one‑page KPI dashboard showing all your critical business factors, and learn how to consult your franchisees correctly.

You built a franchise system. The next step is building a stronger profit system behind it.

- You’ve built a strong concept with great products and service.

- Customers love your brand and keep coming back.

- Yet weaker brands sometimes grow faster, and some of your franchisees are still barely surviving.

After this workshop:

you should walk away with a clearer picture of the financial framework, so you can support your franchisees
more confidently and finally SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hi, I'm Steven!

I’m the founder and CEO of Franed.com . I help franchisors and franchisees build stronger, more profitable franchise families through simple, practical financial education.

For more than 40 years, I’ve worked in almost every role in franchising. I’ve been a franchisee, master franchisee and country developer for brands like Subway and Pizza Hut, as well as CEO and mentor to restaurant and retail chains across Europe.

Again and again, I’ve seen the same pattern.
Franchisors who teach simple financial skills to their franchisees usually thrive, while those who don't make the right investment in "numbers training", are doomed to run into problems with their franchisees.

That’s why I created Franed.com (Franchise Education) – to help franchisors teach their franchisees to turn confusing financial reports into clear weekly tools that everyone in the network can understand and use.

Today, I help franchise organisations improve their profit, understand their EBITA, and build businesses where they genuinely win – so they can breathe more easily and better enjoy working in the brand they chose.

My mission is to give you practical financial know-how that makes your business stronger, more profitable and less stressful.

Ștefan Mandachi - Founder Spartan and Mandachi Hotel&Spa

One way to become a top performer is to learn from the best in your field.

In this clip, I’ve shared the best #sales advice from Steven Wolfson. He is one of the best-known and most respected franchise mentors in the world.

This is for you, even if you aren't a #salesperson. Because if you want to succeed, you must know how to sell yourself. It sounds harsh, I know.

Nicos Mesolongitis - Founder OJO Sunglasses

I have known Steven Wolfson since 2010. During these past 15 years, Steven has been my personal franchise mentor, having assisted me in navigating many challenges along the way. Steven’s guidance has no doubt contributed greatly towards OJO Sunglasses becoming the largest and most relevant Sunglasses brand in Cyprus, with many more stores now open in other countries in Europe as well. It is no wonder that Steven Wolfson is regarded as one of the world’s leading franchise mentors, and I highly recommend his services and knowledge.

Dina Grigoreva Kanis - Founder ReBloom Face Massage Studio

Thank you once again for the opportunity to take part in your course, it has already provided me with valuable insights and inspiration and already helping me to look at franchising from a more strategic perspective.

I’m especially grateful for your generous offer to have a Zoom call afterwards. It means a lot to have the chance to discuss my ideas and plans with someone who has such a wealth of experience.
